Role Summary • A paid, full-time, one-year fellowship supporting a Senate communications team in Washington, DC. Responsibilities • Draft written communications materials and background memos. • Conduct daily media monitoring. • Assist with press and communications tasks as assigned. Required Knowledge & Experience • Experience: Prior communications, journalism, Capitol Hill, or campaign experience preferred. • Skills: Strong research and writing skills with high attention to detail. • State Ties: California ties preferred.
