Summer Associate, International

Role Summary • Assists the International Team during the pre-deal diligence process for prospective portfolio companies, analyzing global venture capital and tech trends to support strategies for government partners. Responsibilities • Aid in diligence and preparation of deal products, meeting notes, COIs, and consultation documents. • Participate in diligence calls with pipeline companies and venture capital firms. • Lead analytical projects on global emerging technology trends and team investment impact. Required Knowledge & Experience • Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required. • Education: Bachelor's degree required; graduate study in Business, International Operations, or related fields preferred. • Experience: Coursework or prior experience in investing, venture capital, or entrepreneurship preferred.
