Communications Intern

Role Summary • Assist FairVote's Communications Department by drafting content, conducting election research, and tracking media coverage to advance electoral reform. Responsibilities • Draft website posts, social media content, opinion pieces, and press releases. • Research topics and election results related to voting reform. • Manage daily media monitoring and build targeted press lists. • Track online political discussions to identify media engagement opportunities. Required Knowledge & Experience • Major: Coursework in political science, communications, or related fields preferred. • Skills: Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
