Summer 2027 Intern, Non-Business Majors

Role Summary • A paid 10–12 week summer internship at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago for non-business majors, including international affairs and liberal arts, supporting central banking operations and policy projects. Responsibilities • Complete project-based assignments aligned with the Bank's regulatory and financial mission. • Engage in department operations, data analysis, and professional development activities. • Present project findings and insights to Bank leadership and teams. Required Knowledge & Experience • Degree: Matriculated student graduating December 2027 or later. • Minimum GPA: 2.75. • Skills: Intermediate Word and Excel, data interpretation, and communication skills. Work & Eligibility • Dates & Hours: 10–12 weeks starting June 7 or 14, 2027; 40 hours per week onsite. • Citizenship: U.S. citizen or permanent resident; no visa sponsorship. • Subject to background screening and Bank financial ethics rules.
