Role Summary • Assist the Global Privacy Initiatives team with legal and policy research on privacy regulations and cross-border data transfer frameworks. Responsibilities • Research international privacy laws and review FTC enforcement orders to analyze their policy impact on programs. • Conduct eligibility reviews for programs such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Cross-Border Privacy Rules. • Draft legal memos, policy analysis, blogs, infographics, and presentation decks for program leaders. • Support program operations by updating participant records in tracking databases. Required Knowledge & Experience • Enrolled in a graduate degree program or law school. Work & Eligibility • Flexible hours; eligible for academic credit.
