Role Summary
• Supports the operation and implementation of AIPAC's PAC and associated portal, helping coordinate political fundraising, event execution, compliance data, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate PAC contribution disbursements, deposit procedures, and event logistics with campaign staff and internal teams.
• Maintain PAC databases, dashboards, Salesforce, and tracking tools to ensure accurate reporting and FEC compliance research.
• Draft agendas, schedule meetings, process event invoices, and coordinate travel and expenses for the PAC team.
Required Knowledge & Experience
• Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 1–3 years in political fundraising, government, advocacy, or campaign environments preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency with tools like Excel, Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar platforms; commitment to the U.S.-Israel relationship.
Work & Eligibility
• In-office presence required three days per week.
