Role Summary
• A technical research, development and engineering officer at the CIA, using specialised scientific or engineering expertise to design, build and manage the technical systems and solutions the agency's missions need.
Responsibilities
• Design, prototype, test, and deploy custom technical tools, hardware, software, or manufacturing products.
• Lead or conduct research in areas such as cyber operations, biosecurity, AI/ML, signals analysis, or chemical/biological defense.
• Prepare technical documentation and manage programmatic risks, resources, schedules, and systems engineering processes.
