Role Summary • A talent bank, not a current opening: the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee — the national committee that works to elect Democrats to the House — collects résumés for roles across its own Washington departments during the 2026 cycle. You submit once to be considered as jobs open. Responsibilities • Serve in future political, communications, fundraising, digital, or research roles supporting House Democratic candidates. Required Knowledge & Experience • Commitment to electing House Democrats. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with discretion and political judgment. • Familiarity with Democratic political actors and the landscape a plus.
