Program Assistant, Integrated Health

Role Summary • Provide administrative, translation, and logistical support for HIV health systems strengthening projects in Ukraine. Responsibilities • Draft correspondence, translate project documents, and provide meeting interpretation. • Assist program managers with document preparation, meeting logistics, and event planning. • Prepare event budgets, coordinate travel, track consultants, and maintain files. Required Knowledge & Experience • Degree: Bachelor's degree required. • Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role. • Languages: Fluency in English and Ukrainian required. • Skills: MS Office proficiency and basic financial/contractual knowledge. Work & Eligibility • Must have legal authorization to work in Ukraine. • Requires occasional travel to program sites. • Role funded through December 31, 2027.
