National Consultant, Clinical Management and Health Quality

Role Summary • Provide specialized technical assistance to strengthen clinical management, quality of care, and patient safety within Venezuela's public health system in alignment with PAHO/WHO frameworks. Responsibilities • Draft technical guidelines, methodologies, and clinical practice protocols for health services. • Facilitate consensus workshops with national health stakeholders to prioritize clinical pathways. • Design pilot implementation studies and evaluate progress across health service networks. • Develop training materials and conduct capacity-building activities for health leadership teams.
