Role Summary • An 18-month entry-level fellowship in the ACLU National Communications Department executing advocacy and internal communications strategies nationwide. Responsibilities • Produce weekly rapid-response resource digests for major Supreme Court decisions and elections. • Set agendas for monthly nationwide communications staff calls and maintain issue resources. • Facilitate virtual meetings and forums to support community building across affiliates. • Execute a capstone project mapping communications tools to expand supporter capacity. Required Knowledge & Experience • Familiarity with press relations, social media, or creative advocacy campaigns. • Web publishing platform experience preferred.
