Role Summary
• A part-time, unpaid virtual internship supporting post-award management for federal grants within the IRC's U.S. Resettlement, Asylum, and Integration network.
Responsibilities
• Assist with federal grant start-up and closeout procedures, including report reviews and file organization.
• Review SF425 Federal Financial Forms and enter spend-down data into trackers.
• Conduct quality assurance on final reports for federal donors.
• Perform strategic financial and outcome analysis across award years and present findings.
Required Knowledge & Experience
• Degree: BA or MA in International Relations, Government Affairs, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and file-sharing platforms.
Work & Eligibility
• 5–6 months starting September/October 2026, 10–15 hours per week (half during 9 a.m.–5 p.m. PST).
• Remote; must reside in the U.S. and pass a background check.
