Attorney Advisor, Enforcement

Role Summary • Performs legal analysis, research, and enforcement work within various divisions of the Federal Communications Commission's Enforcement Bureau. Responsibilities • Analyzes complex legal issues arising from regulatory filings, contested proceedings, and enforcement actions. • Conducts in-depth legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and administrative principles. • Prepares legal documents and delivers oral and written recommendations to senior leadership. Required Knowledge & Experience • Degree: J.D., LL.B., or LL.M. required (GS-11 entry level requires no post-bar legal experience).
