Role Summary
• A development coordinator on The Nature Conservancy's Global Priorities fundraising team — the conservation group being one of the world's largest environmental nonprofits. Development means fundraising: the coordinator keeps the team's operations running, managing donor data and reports, complex calendars and processes so fundraisers can make good decisions.
Responsibilities
• Manage donor and prospect data within the BBCRM database and generate progress reports.
• Track portfolio activity, maintain prospect pipelines, and prepare materials for strategy meetings.
• Coordinate complex calendars and scheduling across fundraisers, leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Document and refine team operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
Required Knowledge & Experience
• Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills: Experience with business writing, editing, proofreading, and tracking multi-faceted projects to meet deadlines.
