Summer 2027 Legal Intern

Role Summary • A summer legal internship advising the Democratic National Committee on election law, campaign finance, voting rights litigation, contracts, and internal policies. Responsibilities • Conduct legal research and fact-finding on election administration, campaign finance, labor, and privacy law. • Draft legal memoranda, emails, training materials, and presentations. • Support contracts workflow through template development and initial review of basic agreements. • Participate in internal and external meetings and assist with internal policy development. Required Knowledge & Experience • Enrollment in or recent graduation (within 2 years) from an ABA-certified JD or LLM program required. Work & Eligibility • May 31 to August 6, 2027, requiring 20 hours per week. • Must be 18 or older by start date and located in the United States.
