War Room Analyst

Role Summary • Serve in an entry-level media monitoring and rapid response role within the Republican National Committee's communications department. Responsibilities • Track live news, video, and social media to alert staff to significant political developments. • Create and distribute daily media matrices, reporter roundups, and travel coverage summaries. • Conduct opposition research and manage the organization's video collection. • Edit video and audio clips to support communications messaging. Required Knowledge & Experience • Experience working on political campaigns, Capitol Hill, journalism, or PR preferred but not required. • Familiarity with video clipping platforms such as TVEyes or Grabien preferred but not required. • Bachelor's degree in communications, political science, journalism, or a related field preferred but not required.
