Role Summary • Participates in department-specific substantive and administrative work at the DNC, gaining hands-on experience in Democratic politics and grassroots organizing. Responsibilities • Perform department-specific duties across political, organizational, or administrative teams. • Assist the Operations team by attending weekly phone shifts. • Support DNC functions and participate in personal development training and networking opportunities. Required Knowledge & Experience • Commitment to Democratic politics and electing Democratic candidates. Work & Eligibility • 10 weeks, January 11 to March 19, 2027. • Requires 20 hours per week. • Open to enrolled undergraduate or graduate students, recent graduates within two years of degree completion, or military veterans. • Must be at least 18 years old and physically present in the United States.
