Survey Analyst, Economic Survey Research Center

Role Summary • Supports the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta's Economic Survey Research Center by managing survey panels, coordinating outreach, and preparing monthly economic survey data releases. Responsibilities • Coordinate survey panel recruitment, retention, and database cleaning using Qualtrics and Salesforce. • Oversee intern onboarding, training, and daily support for the Outreach Lab. • Analyze monthly survey data and prepare public releases and presentation materials. • Manage external call center activities for panelist recruitment. Required Knowledge & Experience • Skills: Experience with Qualtrics, Salesforce CRM, and statistical software such as Stata or R preferred. • Knowledge: Understanding of economic concepts and basic statistics. Work & Eligibility • Requires onsite work in Atlanta. • Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship. • Subject to background screening and Bank ethics rules regarding financial holdings.
