Spring 2027 Intern, Workforce Programs

Role Summary • Supports workforce initiative portfolios focused on early career talent and public sector employee engagement through research, event planning, and program administration. Responsibilities • Assist with delivery of internship and fellowship programs connecting early career talent to public service. • Support program execution, event planning, and data collection for human capital programming. • Conduct research on public sector talent strategies, recruitment, and retention. Required Knowledge & Experience • Background or interest in public policy, social science, or public sector workforce issues. Work & Eligibility • Hybrid schedule requiring on-site presence approximately two days per week in Washington, DC, including Wednesdays. • Full-time and part-time options available; academic schedules accommodated.
