Role Summary
• Initiate and lead initiatives in Federal Reserve history, archives, education, and research for the Research Division of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Produce website content, advise digital library priorities, and engage professional audiences.
Responsibilities
• Author and edit content for FederalReserveHistory.org, providing editorial review for contributing authors.
• Collaborate with FRASER digital library staff to identify historical collections for digitization.
• Serve on Federal Reserve System historical preservation committees and workgroups.
• Partner with economic education staff to create educational resources on central bank history.
Required Knowledge & Experience
• Degree: Master's or Ph.D. in economics or a related discipline.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Federal Reserve's structure, functions, and history.
• Research: Demonstrated professional research skills.
