Spring 2027 Intern, Leadership and Program Delivery

Role Summary • Supports the Public Service Leadership Institute in delivering leadership development programs, events, and training sessions for government civil servants. Responsibilities • Assist with event planning, agendas, speaker preparation, and program delivery. • Research leadership, innovation, and nontechnical AI applications in government. • Draft event recaps, social media content, and marketing outreach materials. • Support the rollout of eLearning courses and business development activities. Required Knowledge & Experience • Skills: strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and time management. • Tools: Microsoft Office required; Canva, content creation, or project management tools preferred. Work & Eligibility • Hybrid role in Washington, DC, expecting on-site work approximately two days per week (Wednesdays required).
