Associate, Nationwide Portfolio Strategy & Prospect Development

Role Summary • Support day-to-day prospect development operations by managing research requests, vetting donors, and maintaining database records. Responsibilities • Manage the prospect research request queue, assign tasks, and track deadlines. • Research and vet new and upgraded donors using capacity rating checklists and online databases. • Maintain weekly major donor lists with research notes and database updates. • Provide administrative support for portfolio strategy projects, expense tracking, and travel logistics. Required Knowledge & Experience • Experience: Foundational background in non-profit fundraising, database management, or prospect research. • Skills: Proficiency in administrative planning, handling confidential donor data, and database maintenance.
