Spring 2027 Press Intern

Role Summary • Supports the communications team of Senator Chris Coons with media tracking, press drafting, and digital content creation for spring 2027. Responsibilities • Track media clips and monitor news coverage. • Edit photo, video, and audio assets. • Draft press releases and assist with communications projects. Required Knowledge & Experience • Experience: Prior internship experience in media, campaigns, or government preferred. • Skills: Experience with digital communications, graphics, and photo/video editing strongly preferred. Work & Eligibility • Runs from January to May 2027. • Schedule requires at least 20 hours per week between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. • Open to undergraduate students, graduate students, and recent graduates. • Delaware ties preferred. • Paid internships available for applicants with demonstrated financial need.
