Summer Associate, Investment

Role Summary • Support the In-Q-Tel Investment Team across deal sourcing, due diligence, and market research on venture-backed technology sectors relevant to national security. Responsibilities • Synthesize and deliver written assessments on prospective startup investment opportunities. • Support senior team members with transaction diligence and investment memo preparation. • Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research on specific venture-backed tech sectors. • Promote the brand across the venture ecosystem with entrepreneurs, investors, and government partners. Required Knowledge & Experience • Degree: Bachelor's degree required; active or completed graduate degree preferred. • Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required. • Skills: Ability to quickly research and synthesize technology sectors and startup companies.
