Summer 2027 Research Intern, Business Surveys

Role Summary • Summer internship supporting the Richmond Fed's economic business survey team through business outreach, survey administration, and response analysis to gain insights into regional economic activity. Responsibilities • Conduct phone and email outreach to recruit business leaders for survey participation. • Assist in designing marketing strategies and analyzing recruiting metrics to increase survey response. • Analyze participant data to evaluate response trends and update the survey database. • Conduct literature reviews and attend training on survey methodology. Required Knowledge & Experience • Clearance: U.S. citizenship required. Work & Eligibility • Full-time temporary summer position. • Requires passing a background check and adherence to Bank investment and conflict of interest rules.
