Role Summary • Manage constituent correspondence and policy support for U.S. Senator Chris Coons on health and education issues. Responsibilities • Write constituent response letters, legislative memos, and draft legislation on domestic and global health, education, reproductive rights, and national service. • Staff the Senator for meetings and events related to the policy portfolio. • Meet with constituent groups and policy stakeholders. Required Knowledge & Experience • Ties to Delaware preferred but not required. • Experience in healthcare, education, or national service programs like AmeriCorps preferred but not required. • Directly relevant degree preferred but not required.
