Role Summary • Assist the DNC Legal team on national party legal matters, including campaign finance, voting rights litigation, contract negotiation, and employment law. Responsibilities • Conduct legal research and fact-finding on relevant political and organizational topics. • Draft legal memoranda, emails, training materials, presentations, and basic contract reviews. • Support the legal team with internal policy development and attend meetings. Required Knowledge & Experience • Eligibility: Enrolled in a JD or LLM program, or graduated within two years of the start date. Work & Eligibility • 10 weeks, January 11 to March 19, 2027. • Must be physically located in the United States.
