Podcast Producer

Role Summary • Produce and promote AEI's flagship video podcast and multimedia content highlighting policy research and scholar commentary. Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end podcast production, including guest booking, filming, audio and visual editing, and multiplatform distribution. • Oversee day-to-day studio logistics, equipment maintenance, and software tooling. • Create short-form, social-first video content adapted from podcasts, events, and media appearances. • Execute platform-specific video promotional campaigns in collaboration with the media team. Required Knowledge & Experience • Degree: Bachelor's degree required. • Experience: Background in podcast and video production strongly preferred. • Tools: Familiarity with podcast publishing platforms, editing software, and social platforms. • Interests: Strong interest in public policy and AEI research.
