Role Summary • Supports Penta's Intelligence division by monitoring media coverage, analyzing stakeholder sentiment, and producing real-time alerts and briefings for global clients. Responsibilities • Track news and events across print, digital, broadcast, and social media outlets. • Prepare data, build Excel pivot tables, and create report charts and graphics. • Draft descriptive text explaining data trends, reputation risk, and stakeholder views. • Assist analysts with client alerts and long-term research projects. Required Knowledge & Experience • Degree: Bachelor's degree; focus in communications, journalism, economics, history, or social sciences preferred. • Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and experience creating reports using MS Office or Google Suite. Work & Eligibility • 3 months, mid-September to mid-December 2026. • Morning shift (6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET) with rotational weekend evening shifts every six weeks.
