Summer Student Trainee, Premier College Intern Program

Role Summary • The Air Force's College Premier Summer Intern Program, run by Air Force Civilian Service, the Air Force's civilian workforce. College juniors (and seniors in five-year programs) get a paid 10–12-week summer internship in one of its career fields, with the possibility of moving into a permanent civilian job without competing again. Responsibilities • Participates in real-world projects and operational assignments within assigned Air Force Civilian Service units. • Completes training to build core professional knowledge and technical skills for federal service. • Collaborates with senior staff and mentors on agency initiatives. Required Knowledge & Experience • GPA: Minimum 2.95 cumulative GPA required. • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required by the position.
