Role Summary • Support Hudson Institute's Public Affairs Department in media relations, expert promotion, and public event operations. Assist with press outreach and leverage media to amplify Hudson research. Responsibilities • Market events and conduct targeted outreach to drive attendance. • Manage RSVPs, guest lists, and attendee communications. • Coordinate event logistics, A/V setup, and day-of operational needs. • Greet and assist high-profile speakers and event guests.
