Summer 2027 Intern, Economic Research

Role Summary • A 12-week summer economics research internship supporting staff economists across macroeconomic, microeconomic, financial, regional, and community development teams. Responsibilities • Collect data and conduct statistical analysis for basic and applied research. • Assist economists with research and policy analysis. • Prepare charts, tables, and summary text for reports and presentations. Required Knowledge & Experience • Degree: Pursuing a degree in economics, finance, statistics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field. • Skills: Experience with programming/data tools (such as Stata, R, Python, MATLAB, or ArcGIS). • Authorization: U.S. work authorization required without visa sponsorship. Work & Eligibility • 12 weeks beginning in June, 40 hours per week. • Open to students graduating in Fall 2027 or later.
