Spring 2027 Intern, Advocacy and Development & Outreach

Role Summary • A 20-week full-time internship assisting Human Rights Watch's Stockholm office with advocacy campaigns, outreach, event planning, fundraising, and digital communications. Responsibilities • Monitor global developments and prepare materials to support HRW advocacy initiatives. • Help plan, organize, and evaluate events and participate in briefings with decision-makers. • Research prospective donors, foundations, and corporate partners. • Draft communications for decision-makers and content for social media and newsletters. Required Knowledge & Experience • Degree: Must be an enrolled university student for the full duration of the term. • Field of Study: Coursework in human rights, political science, law, media, or communications preferred. • Languages: Swedish written and oral skills preferred.
