Role Summary
• Cover health care policy, legislation, oversight, and political developments on Capitol Hill across key congressional committees.
Responsibilities
• Track health care legislation across key House and Senate committees.
• Produce fast-turn news stories and break news on Capitol Hill policy dynamics.
• Contribute regularly to the Pulse and Prescription Pulse newsletters.
• Collaborate with reporters covering congressional leadership and health agencies.
Required Knowledge & Experience
• Knowledge: Strong grasp of Congress, key committees, and the legislative process.
• Experience: Ability to cover health policy debates and report under tight deadlines.
