Spring 2027 Legal Intern

Role Summary • Provides legal advice and support to the Democratic National Committee on election law, campaign finance, voting rights litigation, contracts, labor, and privacy issues. Responsibilities • Conduct legal research and fact-finding on national party and political matters. • Draft legal memoranda, training materials, presentations, and internal policies. • Support contract workflows through template development, research, and initial review. • Attend internal and external meetings alongside the DNC Legal team. Required Knowledge & Experience • Degree: Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited JD or LLM program, or graduated within the last two years. Work & Eligibility • 10 weeks, January 11, 2027 to March 19, 2027. • Requires 20 hours per week. • Must be physically located in the United States.
