Role Summary • Assist newsroom leaders in securing and coordinating high-profile interview subjects across editorial platforms. Support print magazine, website, podcast, video, and newsletter teams. Responsibilities • Identify and book guest talent and high-profile interview subjects. • Coordinate logistics for virtual and on-site appearances. • Negotiate talent contracts and releases in coordination with legal. • Maintain contacts database and internal tracking systems. Required Knowledge & Experience • Skills: Strong diplomatic, research, and communication skills. • Experience: Talent booking experience is preferred.
